● Visit Smart CAFE : We have trained people in Samsung Smart Cafe to carry out Firmware upgrade of your smart phone smoothly. We recommend you to visit one of our Smart CAFE and get the upgrade done.
NOTE : Please see to it that your Internet connectivity is consistent while you are upgrading your phone all by yourself. Keep a back up of your existing data as upgrading your phone's firmware will result in data loss.

Follow the below steps to update phone via Smart Switch:-
